The Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC) - Sakura 2024 - aims to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between French and New Zealand laboratories, by encouraging the participation of young researchers (PhD candidates and post-doctoral fellows). The deadline for applications is September 5, 2023.
Sakura is the Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC) set up in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), and in Japan by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
Funding support from France (max 6000 €/year/project) covers stay (€180/day) and travels (reimbursement on actual expenses per France-Japan round-trip) allowances of involved French researchers.
Funding support from Japan (maximum 1,000,000 yen/project) covers stay and travels allowances of involved Japanese researcheres, as well as other expenses related to the Sakura project.
