THE WELCOME DESK PARIS 2023 AT CIUP: FROM SEPTEMBER 11 TO november 3, 2023

The Welcome Desk Paris is an event that will take place from September 11 to November 3, 2023 at the CiUP (with or without appointments) and online.

The Welcome Desk Paris enables students, PhD candidates and young international researchers (all levels and all disciplines) :

to carry out their administrative procedures (residence permits, health insurance, employment, accommodation...) online through accessing content, a chat, a webtv;
if needed, to make appointments with the participants of the Welcome Desk Paris (CAF, CPAM, Pôle Emploi...);
to get information and advice about existing career integration mechanisms;
to find out about daily life in Paris, sports and cultural activities, student communities...

ABG AT THE WELCOME DESK PARIS 2023

ABG is an association supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, which is also a longstanding partner of the CIUP. As an expert in the professional integration of PhD holders, as well as their career development, we encourage you to come and meet us on October 6, 2023, from 10 am to 4:30 pm, for a conference on designing a career plan and flash interviews.

A conference >> "Develop and refine your career plan through networking!" [in French] by Kristina BERKUT (Training and International Cooperation Manager @ABG).

The conference will be held in French, but you can ask your questions in English.

Flash interviews >> ABG face-to-face interviews [in French AND English] to work on various aspects of your professional evoluation. Duration: 25 minutes each.
