The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst - German Academic Exchange Service), largest German organization which aims to promote academic cooperation with foreign countries, is offering PhD students and early-career researchers, as well as university academics and scientists, a funding program to help them to achieve or develop their research projects in a higher education institution or German research institute (public or recognized by the German State).
This grant is intended for PhD candidates of all disciplines who wish to carry out a long-term research stay in Germany at a public or state-recognized institution of higher education or non-university research institute.
