According to an ABG survey, PhD holders firmly support the plan to create an alumni network that should emphasize intergenerational solidarity and access to senior-level job offers.
For a year now, the Association Bernard Gregory has been working on creating a network of former members, a complex and ambitious project. Complex due to the wide diversity of PhD holders; ambitious because such a project opens new perspectives for both the younger generation and their elders.
Thus, a few months ago, ABG undertook a survey of 2,500 PhDs in the work world who had previously used its services and got 508 answers. The survey set out to define their needs and gather their observations about this project, the aim of which is to create a genuine contact and professional network of and for PhDs.
