Support PhD graduates in their career development<\/h3>\n\n

Before, during and after their PhD, and throughout their careers, we support <\/strong>young scientists as they reflect on their skills and career plans<\/strong>. Our career platform connects <\/strong>them with recruiters from both the private and public sectors, in France and internationally<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Provide companies with high-quality services<\/h3>\n\n

We offer our corporate partners unique visibility among a highly qualified community of Master\u2019s students, PhD candidates and PhD graduates. We help promote their employer brand, advertise their internship and job opportunities, and provide training tailored to their needs.<\/p>\n\n

Be a partner to higher education and research institutions<\/h3>\n\n

We offer universities, higher education institutions and research organizations training programmes to support the career development of young scientists from Master\u2019s level through to postdoctoral research.<\/p>\n\n

Through our career platform, we offer them the opportunity to post M2 internship, PhD, postdoctoral and job opportunities, and to promote their events.<\/p>\n\n

A brief history…<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Association Bernard Gregory is named after the particle physicist who, through his leadership roles at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and the French General Delegation for Scientific and Technical Research (DGRST), personally championed the development of scientific employment in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1977, he set up a working group dedicated to the career development of young research-trained scientists: the future Association Bernard Gregory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
