{"id":793,"date":"2025-11-11T12:54:03","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T12:54:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abg.asso.fr\/2025\/11\/11\/barrande-fellowship-program-2026\/"},"modified":"2026-10-08T10:06:31","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T10:06:31","slug":"barrande-fellowship-program-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abg.asso.fr\/en\/2025\/11\/11\/barrande-fellowship-program-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Barrande Fellowship Program 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a class=\"abg-legacy-link abg-legacy-link--anchor\" href=\"#TERMS%20AND%20CONDITIONS\">Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"abg-legacy-link abg-legacy-link--anchor\" href=\"#conditions\">Eligibility<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"abg-legacy-link abg-legacy-link--anchor\" href=\"#candi\">Contact<\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>The French Institute in Prague, the French Embassy in the Czech Republic and the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MSMT) are happy to announce the launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifp.cz\/fr\/bourses-pour-doctorants#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the <b>Barrande Fellowship Programme for 2026,<\/b><\/a> the exchange mobility programme for Ph.D. students between the Czech Republic and France.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"TERMS AND CONDITIONS\">TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Barrande Fellowship Program\u00a0offers scholarships to support \u201ccotutelles\u201d (double-degree PhD) and short-term research stays.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a<strong> &#8220;cotutelle&#8221;<\/strong>, the fellowship-holder\u00a0undertakes <strong>a 5-month stay abroad every year<\/strong> for a maximum of 3 years\u00a0and receives a monthly <strong>stipend in the amount of about\u00a01,700\u00a0EUR\u00a0\/\u00a0 40 000 CZK in France or 35,000 CZK\u00a0in the Czech Republic. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For <strong>a\u00a0short-term research stay\u00a0<\/strong>in France or in the Czech Republic (between 1 and 3 months), the fellowship-holder receives a monthly stipend in <strong>the amount of about\u00a01,704\u00a0EUR\u00a0in France \/\u00a035,000 CZK\u00a0in the Czech Republic.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"abg-legacy-accent\"><strong>All scientific fields are welcome.
