Vous travaillez actuellement dans un organisme de recherche en France, en Allemagne ou au Luxembourg. Votre CDD est sur le point de se terminer et vous vous demandez quelle sera votre prochaine étape professionnelle ? Vous êtes à la recherche d’un emploi ou venez tout juste de rentrer d’un séjour de recherche à l’étranger ? Vous suivez votre conjoint qui vient de trouver un poste dans l’un des trois pays ?
Participez, du 4 au 7 décembre 2018, aux Postdoctoriales transfrontalières organisées conjointement par l’ABG, l’Université franco-allemande, le Fonds National de la Recherche (FNR), le Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), le Luxembourg Institute for Socio-Economic Research (LISER), le Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) et l’Université du Luxembourg.
L’occasion idéale de prendre enfin du temps pour soi et réfléchir à son identité professionnelle, ses envies, comprendre le processus de recrutement et les attentes des recruteurs selon les pays, découvrir de nouvelles options de carrière et développer son réseau en allant à la rencontre de professionnels…

"The Crossborder Postdoctoriales are a unique opportunity for postdoctoral researchers to reflect on their career orientation. This intense four-day workshops creates awareness on alternative career paths and the current job market in the Greater Region. It allows the young scientists to network with peers and get in touch with PhD holders and recruiters from different sectors and fields of expertise. Furthermore, the event strengthens the confidence the postdoctoral researchers have in their technical and personal competences and shows them how to valorise these skills when applying for a non-academic job position. By supporting the Crossborder Postdoctoriales for the fourth consecutive time, our research institution aims to open new career perspectives to its postdoctoral researchers and improve their preparation for the next career step."
