PhD candidates and holders whose professional activities are inherently international are strongly encouraged to gain experience abroad. This type of mobility offers a broad perspective and fosters valuable skills, representing a significant opportunity to accelerate career advancement.
However, for this experience to be fully beneficial, careful planning is required, taking into account personal, professional and intercultural aspects. It is important to ensure that the experience aligns with one’s professional goals, taking into account the specificities of the target country’s job market and practices.
This workshop provides the tools needed to develop and succeed in an international mobility plan tailored to one’s personality, professional ambitions and the realities of the chosen country. It also helps participants develop an effective international job search strategy and prepares them for all stages of the process, including the return phase.
