Research team management

Assembling a team and making it work is a crucial challenge for new team leaders. The scientific value of the research being carried out attracts good candidates, but it is the team leader’s interpersonal and managerial qualities that will make them want to stay and commit themselves. Management is a skill enriched by experience — one’s own and that of others — and it must rest on solid fundamentals. This training is designed to work through with participants the principles and practices that will give meaning to their managerial responsibility.
