For more than forty years, ABG has supported doctoral candidates, PhD holders and higher education stakeholders in developing skills and building successful careers.

The Training and Career Development Department offers training programmes, workshops, seminars, individual coaching and tailor-made initiatives covering key career development topics: skills recognition, career transition, entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, international mobility and collaboration with socio-economic stakeholders.

Our activities are built on recognised expertise in PhD careers, active learning methods and a deep understanding of employers’ expectations. We also design customised programmes for universities, research organisations, European projects and partner institutions.
