Author: Elodie Parisot.In a country where the share of research and development (R & D) of the industry has been increasing since 2010 (3.7% in 2010, 7.2% in 2011), the report entitled "La recherche partenariale en Allemagne" aims to illustrate the programs implemented by the German government to stimulate public-private partnerships and technology transfer.
After a presentation of the organization of innovation public policy (High Tech strategy of the federal government ...), networking structures (advanced clusters...), technology transfer (SME technological and innovation potential development ...) and research partnerships as for example, in universities and research organizations (devices enabling doctoral students to do their thesis in collaboration with a company ...), the study focuses on the outcomes evaluation in the R&D&I field and possible reforms such as the introduction of a research tax credit based on the French model.
