Program

- Presenting your research and your achievements to non-specialists in the field (theoretical and methodological inputs)
- Importance of the network for your career (theoretical and methodological inputs)
- Presenting yourself with a pitch: individual preparation, training in small groups and with the trainer. Debriefing in plenary.
- Preparing the visit on site and the meeting with the company’s researchers

- Visit of L'Oréal's laboratories and discussion with R&D professionals
- Synthesis and sharing of the information collected
