Support for young researchers from the French Foundation for Medical Research (FRM)

The French Foundation for Medical Research (FRM) Biomedical Excellence program includes a whole array of financial aid mechanisms for young researchers.Last minute: Postdocs abroad, additional session open until October 4, 2007.
You’re in the biomedical field and you’re trying to fund
- a year of Research Masters,
- first year of a doctoral after medical or pharmaceutical studies,
- last year of the thesis,
- a postdoc in France or abroad,
The FRM organizes several calls for applications that might interest you. To be sure not to miss anything, download its provisional schedule.
The FRM also awards two thesis prizes (the Line Pomaret-Delalande prize on rare diseases and the Marianne Josso prize in pulmonology) as well as several scientific prizes for more experienced researchers.
