L'inflammation chronique cutanée crée un sol fertile pour la transformation. Le microbiote cutané est considéré comme un facteur important de cette inflammation chronique. Ainsi comprendre des mécanismes de tolérances immunitaires au microbiote est un enjeu majeur afin de prevenir du developpement des cancer associés à l 'inflammation chronique.

Chronic skin inflammation creates fertile ground for transformation. The cutaneous microbiota is considered an important factor in this chronic inflammation. Understanding the mechanisms of immune tolerance to microbiota is therefore a major challenge in preventing the development of cancers associated with chronic inflammation.
