Position and assignments

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM). Aside from working on various OB/HRM research projects, the postdoctoral researcher will also be the Experimental Laboratory Manager (in Rouen).

 

As Lab Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Making sure the lab is operational (material, software, etc.)
  • Assisting Professors running studies in the lab
  • Recruiting participants for the lab studies (i.e., students and nonstudents)
  • Promoting the lab across the Rouen campus to various stakeholders
  • Ensuring ethical procedures related to experimental studies are followed
  • Offer training to professors on how to use the lab

The ideal candidate will

1) have experience in running/assisting experimental studies

2) have strong skills in managing (collecting, cleaning, and organizing) data (including experimental data)

3) have outstanding analytical skills, preferably in Stata, Mplus, or R, and

4) have very good academic writing skills.

Profile

 

Required qualifications:

  • PhD in OB/HRM or Work/Organizational Psychology
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of French is a strong plus
