Wojciech Lewandowski - webmaster

The Vietnamese Scientists and Experts Association (AVSE), the Association of PhDs and PhD students of Paris-Dauphine University (ADDD) and the Association Bernard Gregory (ABG) will organize the second "Young Vietnamese Researchers' Doctorial Days" (JRD 2013) on October 30-31 at Paris-Dauphine University.
PhD students of all scientific fields are invited to submit a one-page abstract on their doctoral research for oral or poster presentation.  The deadline for submission is the 02nd of September 2013.

In collaboration with ABG, JRD 2013 offers 20 places for a special training called AvanThèse® on the topic "Ph.D. or not Ph.D." . This training is dedicated to bachelor, engineer and Master students who would like to know whether they should be a Ph.D. candidate. There is no tuition fee, but the pre-inscription is required. The selection is based on applicants' profile and motivation. This workshop will take place on Thursday 31 Oct. 2013, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and will be run by Thao Lang (ABG Training Dept.). Dr. Mélanie Ribas, ABG deputy director, will also give a talk on how to analyze the PhD job market on Wednesday 30 October from 2:00 pm to 2:50 pm.
