To cope with containment, you have probably put in place tools and a new organization for your PhD students or your team. The challenge now is to hold on in the long term: maintain motivation, team life, and pay attention to each individual in an appropriate way.

ABG invites you to share your experience and your questions during 5 videoconferences dedicated to the supervisors of doctoral candidates and team leaders. True to our philosophy, during these sessions we will provide you with the keys to understanding the human and psychological processes involved. Concretely, 3 axes are envisaged:

  • sharing experience of participants: the situations encountered by the participants and the solutions possibly implemented
  • methods and advice by ABG trainers
  • perspective, with keys to deciphering the human and psychological issues related to containment

objectives

  • sharing your concerns: stopping experimental activities, setting up alternative activities, maintaining team life...
  • adapting your methods and an attitude adapted to working remotely
  • deal with the consequences of confinement on each employee (depending on his or her role, personal situation and temperament)
  • understanding the impact of confinement on the team dynamics
  • managing your own modd and its impact on the team, continue to perceive weak signals
  • using recognition
  • preparing the end of the crisis with strategy, avoiding improvisation...
