ECOS-South, cooperation program between France and Argentina, set up in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (MESRI), and in the partner country by the Argentine Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MinCyt) and the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Projects aiming to develop multidisciplinary approaches are encouraged;
• Special attention will be given to projects that involve socio-economic partnerships;
• All scientific fields are eligible, including the Humanities and Social Sciences;
• Bipartite or tripartite projects involving Franco-Argentine cooperation with other countries in the group (Chile, Uruguay) are eligible;
• Argentinian projects may be written up in Spanish, and French projects may be provided in either English or French.

Mission and funding

• Funding is granted for three consecutive years.

•  

  It covers the mobility of researchers, and gives priority to the training of human resources at the doctoral and post-doctoral levels
