Slovak Government National Scholarship Program is funded by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. The program is administered by SAIA, n. o. (Slovak Academic Information Agency).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For PhD candidates:

• The scholarship is open to all international PhD candidates whose higher education or scientific training takes place outside Slovakia to conduct research/artistic stay in Slovakia;

• Applications and the required attachments should be submitted in Slovak or English language only.

• All scientific fields are concerned.

Mission and funding

• Duration of a research stay: 1 – 10 months;

• The funding only covers living costs during the stay and travel allowances.
