6th French-German Researchers' Day

As major players in the European research landscape, France and Germany offer many opportunities for researchers.

Franco-German Young Researchers' Day

The Association Bernard Grégory , the Franco-German University, the French Embassy and the Institut français in Germany are organising for the 6th consecutive year an information day for young researchers on their career development.

This event will take place on 12 July 2019 at the Institut Français in Berlin, Kurfürstendamm 211.

The event is aimed at Master students, doctoral candidates or postdocs who would like to find out about the career opportunities within the French-German environment.

Representatives for doctoral training, career centers and employees of the academic international offices of German universities and research institutions are also very welcome.

A translation French/German will be available for all the sessions.

During the day, the following various thematic panel discussions will take place:

mobility funding schemes in both countries
recruitment process and career opportunities in academia and industry in Germany and France
entrepreneurship

To conclude the day an "Apéro Doc" is organised. This networking event enables you to exchange with the speakers in a relaxed atmosphere about their experiences and to ask them all your questions about career opportunities. In addition, you can expand your professional network in a Franco-German environment!

Deutsch-französischer Informationstag für Nachwuchswissenschaftler

Die Association Bernard Grégory, die Deutsch-Französische Hochschule, die Französische Botschaft sowie das Institut français Deutschland veranstalten zum fünften Mal in Folge einen Informationstag bezüglich der Karriereentwicklung junger Nachwuchsforscher.

Diese Veranstaltung findet am 12. Juli 2019 im Institut Français in Berlin, Kurfürstendamm 211, statt.

Dieses Event richtet sich an Master-Studierende, Promovierende oder Postdocs, die sich über die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Forschung im deutsch-französischen Sprachraum informieren möchten.

Beauftragte für Doktorandenausbildung, Career Center sowie Mitarbeitende der akademischen Auslandsämter deutscher Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.

Im Laufe des Tages werden folgende verschiedene thematische Podiumsdiskussionen stattfinden:

Mobilitätsbeihilfen in beiden Ländern
Einstellungsverfahren in Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen in Deutschland und Frankreich
Unternehmertum

Zum Abschluss des Tages können Sie sich in entspannter Atmosphäre mit den Referenten über deren Erfahrungen bei einem „Apéro Doc“ austauschen und ihnen alle Ihre Fragen über Karrieremöglichkeiten stellen. Darüber hinaus können Sie Ihr beruflichen Netzwerkes in einer deutsch-französischen Umgebung ausbauen!

Es wird eine Simultanübersetzung auf Französisch/Deutsch geben.
