Young Researcher Fellowships at CEFRES : France & Visegrad countries
A mobility support for young researchers in their second year of doctoral studies or more from France, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and whose research contributes to one of CEFRES’s research areas.

Founded in 1991 in Prague, the French Institute for Research in Social Sciences (CEFRES - Centre Français de Recherche en Sciences Sociales) , is a research institute under the authority of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) to develop scientific networks between France and Central Europe.
MOBILITY SUPPORT
Under the 2025 call for applications, the CEFRES offers mobility grants for a period of 12 months and of an amount of 12 000 EUR / 300 000 CZK per year.
- Good command of English is mandatory, command of French is appreciated.
- The selected PhD fellows will join CEFRES team and take part in the center’s scientific life.
